Yes we need to get in less calories than we burn for fat loss, but this can perfectly be achieved while enjoying all the foods you like to eat. You can't achieve sustainable results in just few weeks either.Īll those fancy "diets" out there, well at least 90% of them, fail for one reason only - they are too restrictive‼️Īnd if anything is too restrictive, it will become miserable.Īnd if you're miserable, how do you expect to stick to it for the rest of your life ? □□♀️ That's because life-long sustainable results cannot be achieved via "diet". Do you gain back all the weight you lose after every diet ?
